2. Digital Products and Services

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, the following refund policies apply:

2.1 Mobile Applications

  • Refunds for mobile applications are subject to the respective app store policies (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
  • We cannot process refunds directly for app store purchases
  • Please contact the respective app store for refund requests

2.2 Web Tools and Services

  • Free web tools and services are provided without charge and no refunds apply
  • Premium web services may be eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

3. Custom Development Services

For custom software development services:

  • Refunds are not available once development work has commenced
  • Partial refunds may be considered if work is terminated early by mutual agreement
  • All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of project initiation

  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

  • Processing fees
